Company D & D in 1.5 weeks time!

wahahahhaha... next Friday is the company's D & D. The theme will be Glamour Night...

We are allowed to leave earlier that day and go home to prepare for the night!

Recently, i spotted alot of tiny pimples on my forehead..
Must be my fringe that "created" them..! Arghhh...! So annoying!
**I must use my mask tonight!

I am very slpy now.. It is only 1 year plus to shifting to my new house.. Need to start throwing things now and then... So tired of packing things.. **I need my sleep!

I had an urge last night ! I want to bake!!! So I went into the net to look for more cake receipes...!
**I want to learn how to make swiss roll! Chocolate? Strawberry? Vanilla? yum yum!

Yoz, here is the receipe!

Mini Muffins (total of 6)

Ingredients:
100g self-raising flour, sifted
25g sugar
2 dessertspoons milk
1 small egg, beaten
50g margarine/butter, melted
1 rounded tablespoon raisins
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Equipment:
Cooling rack
Dessertspoon
Fork
Mixing bowl
Patty tin
Sieve
Small cake cups
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Wooden spoon

Method:

Put the sifted flour into the mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.
Mix the egg, milk, melted margarine, sugar and vanilla essence. Stir well and pour into the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon.
Mix in the raisins.
Place small cake cups in the patty tin.
Spoon the mixture into the cake cups.
Bake at 190°C/regulo 5 on the top shelf of an oven for 10-15 minutes.

Very tired liao.. Dunno what to write.. This year is a busy year.. Ah Bot has a lot of projects to handle and I changed my job beginning this year.. So we din really planned for the occasions, e.g. anniversary, bdays, valentine's day, etc..

Originally, Ah Bot planned to go to Paragon's ProjectShop Cafe (PS. Cafe). But as we are window shopping in Suntec, we walked past Gelare.. Their ice cream is so tempting.. and we walked in.. To my surprise, they now serve main courses, appetizers too.. The market is too competitive!
Their food are quite nice too!

Damn! Woke up late this morning~!!!! Will only reach office at abt 9am.. Luckily today have to stay back for an interview.. So I changed my early release to arrive late... kekeke...

Once I reach office, I saw a surprise on my desk. Da ta!

So sweet of them... =D

After lunch, another surprise came! from Ah Bot's frenz, Cindy.. Tonight , I am meeting both Kaline and Cindy for dinner. So sweet of Cindy.. She sent flowers to both Kaline and me at our offices...!

Coincidence! Both Kaline's husband, Richmond and Ah Bot's birthday fall in July.

It sounds fun BUT... I am afraid of heights..

This is definitely MORE scary than taking the flyer! Ah Bot says this is more worth it than Singapore Flyer cos you will be able to see the scenery and "feel" the wind and shaking!!

Once bitten , twice shy.. Learnt this lesson when I went for the Singapore Flyer... The previous time, we did not went to the ticket booth to enquire and were asked to go around looking for the right place to validate the tickets that we are holding. Arrghh...!

When you are holding any free tickets/vouchers, just queue and ask if u need to exchange to the actual tickets!Ta da~ ! the actual tickets!

It's a happy day cos the sch has performed very well in CCA and our principal decided to give everyone half day off today! So I went to Tampines to have lunch with JL & JT.. Kpo see the new office too.. hehehe... Wow.. the new counter looks ALOT better now.. Think Janet now happier, cos she no need to attend to customers.. Can do her stuff more peacefully in the little room that she share with JL and the phone sales kidds..

Well, here chat chat and there chat chat... It's 5pm..! oops.. Gotta meet Ah Bot liao.. It is really crazy to take MRT at 5plus.. everybody squeeze in like what they do in Japan.. I came out from the train like a pancake.. -_-"

Another surprise for my dar, Singapore Flyer...
I secretly bought the tickets for Singapore Flyer... hehehe.. He didn't expect this... Becos everybody is saying that the tickets are expensive and it's not worth the $$$...!

Hmm.. I find the ride okay ah.. I didnt find the ride too slow.. Maybe I was looking at the little gal that shared the same cabin as us.. =p

August is the busiest month of the all years.. Somehow, most of my friends' birthdays are in August, and the rest are evenly spread over the other months..

This month is Ah Bot's bday and our Anniversary... Lots to plan, but no time.. Hmmm..
Heehee.. I told Ah Bot a white lie this time round, with JL they all as an excuse in order to have this surprise..! hehehe..

Told Ah Bot that we will be meeting JL and gang, but meet up with his friends instead.. hehehe..

The bus ride was good, and I can sleep. BUT BUT BUT the bus driver is so damn KKB!

When I wanted to alight, press the bell right? So I pressed lor, den guess what?
The bus uncle dun wan to open the door and keep saying, " NOT this stop, NEXT stop! x 5 times"

"Uncle, I know you are very helpful! So nice of you to help the APNN to identify the bus stop that he wants to alight ! BUT I want to alight !!!!!!
I am not the only one that wants to alight at this BUS STOP!!! That APNN knows that this is not the bus stop he should alight.. Cos he is like standing quite far away from the door lor.. *roll eyes* After me staring at the uncle for a few secs, he still dun get the hint that I want to alight, I STILL GOTTA SIGNAL TO HIM!!!! "

Normally on the beautiful~ morning, I will choose No. 1, sleep thru the bus ride becos I can usually find a seat.
BUT when it comes to the evening timing,
EVERYBODY U MUST BE ALERT!!!

Last evening, when I am on my way home, after a tired and long day, I wanted to take a rest... Managed to get a seat fast and I started to doze off. But I can't even take a 10 minutes rest!!!!!!!

All becos of those people that have no manners and eyes!!! They are just bashing into the bus, trying to knock every body down. Push you hard and NEVER SAY SORRY!!!!!!! By the way, I'm on the alsie seat.

When I finally see my bus stop, I was so happy!!! Finally this damn ride is going to end!
BUT BUT BUT, one stop before mine, this MIC woman boarded the bus. .
This bloody woman really gets on my nerves!

She saw the empty seat beside me and she rushed to me like a MAD DOG!!!
She slammed her handbag INTO my face!!! I already see it coming but can't "siam" it! Becos she's like taking part in a 100M sprint! Damn it!

As my position is a new one, they dun have a place for me.. When I came, my colleague says my custom-made desk/cubicle will take 2 weeks to reach us.

Da-Ta!!! This is my new desk... It's slightly smaller than others.... Very small hor...

It's at the end of the corridor.. so it's a bit stuffy...

How long does you take to use $20? In this country, $20 can only last you for 2 days lunch if you work in town area? Maximum 3 days..

I am very proud to announce,
"I spend less than $20 for my lunch for the whole of last week!"

Now I know why teachers are rich! Earn alot, spend very little... cos school de canteen food is super cheap! and schools are normally in neighbourhood.. No shopping!

It's a NEW year! so I have gotten a new hairstyle too! For those that still do not know, I have changed my job too... hehehe.. No longer with the birdie! Bye birdie! =p

Some says I look better with straight hair... Some says this is nicer..
Anyway, 我喜欢就好！哈哈哈！

this new job is quite fun.. (at this moment la... keke) HR officer in an independent school.. so many new things to learn.. anyway, it's FUN!

Well, taking out wisdom tooth is not that painful after all..

becos my wis tooth is too near to my other tooth.. the dentist gotta cut some of the wis tooth before he starts pulling out the wis tooth..
din feel anything thruout the process.. haha..

think my tooth a bit stubborn, he took about 30mins to take it out..
tired of opening my mouth for so long..

wow.. i saw my tooth! it's big.. in the shape of a corn.. haha...

hmm... there are quite a lot of things tat we can't do after extraction..
For example, cannot rinse mouth for 1 day.. if not, the blood will not cot and it will keep bleeding.. gotta bite on the gauze for whole day...

i got 2 stitches, gotta come back on Sat to remove the stitch.. hmmm...
i tink it wun be painful... =D

going to dentist isn't that bad after all... =)

On the same day, my galfrenz msged me to inform me that she has some discounts at Esprit. So we are going for that too! Hehehez...

It's Ah Bot's birthday today! I secretly made a reservation at Wild Rocket @ Mount Emily. Haven tried the food before.. hehe.. Made Ah Bot walk so far jus to eat a meal...

It's hard to buy present for him... Cos he had set a budget! So I made a tiramisu cake for him! Heehee.. I made the cake while we were at JT's hse.. Thanks, JT!

It's pouring heavily that night so we cut the cake in my messy house... My smallest sister even made a cup of cocoa milkshake for him!

Wow, was reading thru everybody's bloggie... Realised that I'm not the only one that went away for a little getaway!

JT went Batam and bought us donuts! Yummy! I ate the "Crunchy Crunchy" Very nice!

While JT is at Batam, I was also away for a little "getaway" at Sentosa!
4 more days .. It will be our 1 year anniversity.. wow, the time realli flies..!

I need a break, so we decided to go Sentosa for a little getaway!

The first day, we went for two exciting rides, The Skyride and Cineblast - the extreme log ride!

I have a small heart =p , really scare the death out of me!

About a year ago, I went to take skyride with ah bot.. That time, I was laughing all the way.. Becos I'm too scared! There is an area that you can take a photo, the last time we din managed to take the pic.. But this time.. We did it! Smile!

About a year ago, I went to take Skyride with Ah Bot. I laughed all the way becos I'm too scared.. And didn't managed to take the picture when we reached the tower. But this time, we DID it! Smile!
I almost cried this time round.. Cos the weather was not very good.. Dark clouds everywhere..
Super scary, the ride stopped a few times as the wind is too strong.. *Sob sob*

Very fun! But a bit costly la.. $35 for 20mins fish relaxology and 20mins foot massage.

Really enjoyed this small break, especially when i'm with my love.. =)

Today's office is very quiet, exceptionally quiet.
Jess had just left us. She was my ex-colleague from Finance dept.

Danny broke the news to Janice and me this morning. He was walking around our area. He looked weird, he looked like he had a million things to say but he just dunno how. After a long time, he said, “ You know, Jessica Choo had passed away yesterday.”

I am shocked. My heart aches. I knew I cannot start crying cos I can’t stop.
I knew about her situation long ago. I hope that she will recover. She is still so young.

A pretty sexy lady with big eyes. Tall and slim. Great figure.

Whenever I have anything to ask about accounts, I knew I can count on her, she will definitely do her very best to help.

We talked about Mango sales, her gal gal- Shannice, mahjong session and many more.
I also remember the time when we visit her after she gave birth to Javier, her boy boy. Our gatherings at Sharon’s house.

My fourth aunt jus called me, her computer is dead.. Wanted me to get my bf to go fix it..
So we decided to go on Wednesday, 04 July. But one bad thing, she lives in Tampines...

I asked her how she knew my bf knows how to fix com, she said my fifth aunt told her. But my fifth aunt nv see Ah Bot before ah.. She only saw the previous one before. I think they tot they are talking about the same one. But they are not.. lol..

After work , me and JT went to Bugis Junction to walk walk. I need to find Ah Bot's B.day present.. Haven find one yet.. Oh no.. After walking around for some time, finally bought something =) but i dun think i can give to him on time..

Take a look! I went to the one opposite Bugis Junction.. Guess it is their franchise outlet.

When it was my turn, I told JT to go first. JT went in. When it's my turn again, the cleaning lady went in and checked if there is still toilet paper left.

Well, have to wait.. Just then, another door opened! I wanted to go in and the auntie rushed in!

The day where KS flies to Taipei...

KS is flying off to Taipei today. His flight schedule a bit confusing la.. At first, fly on 02 Jul, later change to 30 June and lastly change to 01 July.

We are now at the airport. Time check, 2.35pm.
Ah Bot and I should now reaching TP cc for our yoga class. But we had decided to skip our class today and go sent KS off.

Made Ah Bot call KS at noon to let him know that we are sending him off. Ah Bot din say I will be coming along but I guess he knew it.. =p

Throughout the whole MRT journey from Lakeside to Changi Airport, I was still talking about 29 June. I had totally forgot that today is the 1st time I appeared in front of KS as Ah Bot’s girlfriend. Only realized that when I reach Changi Airport.. Suddenly, I felt very awkward…

Ah Bot made a call to KS to inform him that he had reached.
Ah Bot: Yo Bro, Where u ?
KS: Row 6, Row 6..
Ah Bot: Ok, ok .. See you..

I was hiding behind Ah Bot while we were walking from Row 1 to Row 4..
From far, I could see KS liao.. When we are at Row 5, Ah Bot moved away and I’m “exposed”.

KS looked at me and said: (His usual smiling face) Is you right? Hehehe…
I just greeted him with a big smile.. lol..

All of us went to Burger King to have some drinks (Pacific Coffee and Starbucks are damn packed).
Including KS’s parents, his sister and her two children,, his wife and us.

KS and Ah Bot went to buy the food and drinks while the rest of us sat down comfortably. Hehe..

Ms Dawn (KS’s wife) was sitting opposite me. This is the first time that I officially talk to her sia..

Dawn started the conversation, asking me about my job. Talked a bit and we went quiet.. Guess I dun like my job la, so I also dunno what to tell her.. =p
In my heart, I was thinking, “ Shit, cannot stop talking la.. Like that very funny leh.. Only two of us.. The rest are sitting at next table. Too awkward, Quick! Must think of something to say….!!!!”

Den I started to ask about her job (cos I know she loves her job) .. Hehehe.. Luckily, I’m into Aerobics and Yoga recently. At least this became a topic to discuss…

I will be going with my girlfriends! His Guys night, my ladies night… wahahaha…

Yesterday, Ah Bot told me this, “ If tomorrow u din receive my msg, it will be good news.. If u receive my msg, it will be bad la..” -_-“”
This is funny.. I tot I should be the other way, but never mind.. lol..

By right, I should be meeting my frenz at 6.30pm but jus becos I’m on course for the past 3 days.. U can imagine how many emails I can find in my inbox this morning.. Especially from my loving corporate account…

In the end, told them to go ahead to Brewerk first, will meet them there.. In the end, I reach there at 7.30pm.. Faints.. They nearly skin me alive..
By the way, if you guys are thinking of going there for dinner, please share your main course because the serving is HUGE, really HUGE!!!
I end up helping Jozie and Sharon to finish their spaghetti and salad. OMG… very full..

While happily eating the spaghetti and salad, I msg Ah Bot, “ So, how? What’s his reaction?”

"... We met at City Hall bodyshop on Friday night.. We went Thai Express for dinner (at Esplanade).. Moron was bugging me to tell him all the time.. But i was waiting for the right time and moment.. Later we decide to trek back to CitiLink as KS was imploring us for coffee.. We settle at Coffee and Toast.. When Moron sat down and expect us to place order for him, I thought that was the best time..”

Ah Bot went up to the counter with KS.. They placed their order and while they are waiting…

Ah Bot: Eh, today you in very good mood hor?
KS : Okie la.. Not bad..
Ah Bot: Since you are in good mood today, I’ll let you in a secret.

Woke up at nine plus today.. Very unlike me... I'm a sleepy pig, u know.. =p
We are going swimming today! =) Long time nv go liao.. hehe..
Really dun like the buses on sunday.. waited for so long for a bus... damn.. i'm late lor... =(
Ah bot bought char siew bao and siew mai for me to eat before our swim.. Yummy! =)

The swimming session was fun! Hehe.. But part of JE swimming complex is undergoing renovation.. A bit bit messy and dusty... Wow.. When I was lazying in the lazy pool, I spotted an ah lian with C cup asset... And she is damn small built.. I tink she still in sec school.. Wow... Good view, anyway..

After our swim, as usual we went for our yoga class... Today the class ended very fast.. Dunno why..

Still early, so we went Vivo city to walk walk.. Kiehl is going out candy floss today! Dunno for what, as usual, u can see a lot of typical Singaporeans queuing for it...

We were then attracted to the stage area.. The MC was asking a lot of children to go up to the stage to play some games! There's a little girl who can really dance very well! Jus like what you can see when you go clubbing ..! We took a video of it but it's with ah bot.. Will try post it when i got it..

After walking around, we headed back to my home to have dinner.. =) I am so hungry.. Mommy cooked a lot of nice food today! Yummy Yummy!! Forgot to take some photos before eating... Too hungry liao... Next week, my turn to go his house for dinner.. Hmmm... Look forward to it! Keke..

KS and Aldine last day... 22 June

Time flies.. Today is my boss, Koksheng 's last day.. He's going to be our next Taipei Station manager! Wow.. so good! We will go and disturb him! hehe... I will miss him... Take care boss, rmb to bring back little KS the next time we see you! =)

Come to think of it, he's already in TW for almost 3 years, same as me! Hmmm... He is really a very good boss... Always help me solve a lot of problems... Always let me disturb him when he's busy... Always pei me chat chat.. keke.. But I got a secret which I hide from him for about a year, he will know it on 29 June.. Well, those who are close to me will know what secret it is..

Well, very coincidentally, today is also Aldine's last day... She's migrating to Australia, to be with her loved one! Taking the midnight flight to Perth today... So sweet.. All the best to you, Aldine! Best Wishes! I will miss you! May all the happiness be with you!

Vivo City Thai Fair! 21 June

Today is a very efficient day! i'm so happy...! Clear a lot of work.. =) Three cheeers for Soo Ming!! JL and JT are at STC, doing the testings again... Haiz... Yun and Ru finish work at 6pm.. And we are all going to Vivo City to shop before our yoga class!!!

We all bought some things except for JL.. Yun and Ru bought some tops and bottoms.. I bought a butterfly ring and JT bought a keychain bear! The ring and keychain are from the Thai Fair.. Really remind me of the Bangkok trip we went 3 years ago... Shop until shiok!!! Can't imagine I slept for 17 hours straight after we came back from the trip... I want to go Bangkok again after the politics die down.. =) The fair does have a lot of things to see and buy!! I will definitely go back again before it ends on 24 June!
