Yoz, here is the receipe!

Mini Muffins (total of 6)

Ingredients:
100g self-raising flour, sifted
25g sugar
2 dessertspoons milk
1 small egg, beaten
50g margarine/butter, melted
1 rounded tablespoon raisins
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Equipment:
Cooling rack
Dessertspoon
Fork
Mixing bowl
Patty tin
Sieve
Small cake cups
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Wooden spoon

Method:
  1. Put the sifted flour into the mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.
  2. Mix the egg, milk, melted margarine, sugar and vanilla essence. Stir well and pour into the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  3. Mix in the raisins.
  4. Place small cake cups in the patty tin.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the cake cups.
  6. Bake at 190°C/regulo 5 on the top shelf of an oven for 10-15 minutes.
